Answered AI Privacy Policy
Last update: May 2026
YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ANSWERED AI WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information KF7Tech LLC d/b/a Answered AI (“Answered AI” “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, processes, and discloses about you directly or on behalf of our business clients (“Business Clients”) via our website, our mobile application(s), and any software systems and features provided by us (collectively, the “Services”), as well as any rights available to you concerning such information.
ANSWERED AI MUST NOT BE USED IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL DIRECTLY 911 IMMEDIATELY.
We may revise and update this Privacy Policy, the BAA, the DPA, or the Terms and Conditions from time to time with or without notice. Your continued use of the Services means you accept those changes. Any capitalized words not defined herein shall take on the meaning as provided under the applicable statute or regulation.
I. Personal data we may collect
The Personal Data that Answered AI may collect from users or on behalf of its Business Clients is comprised of several categories of information. Such information is generally collected either (i) directly from your voluntary engagement with the Services; (ii) automatically from you when you interact with the Services through the use of cookies and other similar technologies; or (iii) from third-parties (e.g. financial institutions, insurance companies, and medical practices) with your consent.
Depending on your country and state of residence, we are required to disclose how your Personal Data may be collected, maintained, and disclosed in conformance with federal and state laws that are applicable to Answered AI.
In cases where Answered AI is acting on behalf of a Covered Entity as a Business Associate, certain requirements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) may apply. HIPAA establishes a range of privacy requirements that Covered Entities (as defined, health plans, healthcare clearinghouses, and healthcare providers) (in general, “Healthcare Providers”)) must abide by when handling “Protected Health Information” (“PHI”). Under HIPAA, PHI generally refers to information linked to you that can be used to identify you as a patient or client of a Covered Entity. HIPAA requires Covered Entities to provide individuals with a Notice of Privacy Practices (“NPP”), which describes the safeguards the Covered Entities put in place to protect your PHI. To the extent Answered AI collects certain categories of PHI on behalf of a Covered Entity when it is a Business Client, the chart below will indicate whether an applicable NPP should be available to you from your Healthcare Provider if they are a Business Client of ours. PHI does not include data that has been de-identified, such that it cannot be used to identify you as an individual working with a Covered Entity, either alone or in combination with other information.
Furthermore, certain state laws impose privacy notice requirements for other categories of health-related or other sensitive personal information that are collected, processed, shared, or stored by companies that are not considered Covered Entities under HIPAA.
Accordingly, the categories of Personal Data addressed only by this Privacy Policy are currently not shared with Covered Entities, while the categories addressed in both this Privacy Policy and a NPP are those that may be shared with Covered Entities.
The chart below identifies the categories of Personal Data that Answered AI may collect from you and indicates whether each category is addressed by this Privacy Policy or may also be addressed in a NPP by your Healthcare Provider. Please submit all requests and questions related to your information that is addressed by a NPP directly to your Healthcare Provider.
